A compact bench mounted Tungsten Electrode grinder is ideal for workshops and on-site work.  This machine vastly improves the quality of manual, robotic and orbital welding by achieving perfect ground points on electrodes from 1 to 4 mm diameter at a variety of precise angles from 15 to 135 degrees.

Very easy to use – simply select the appropriate collet for the electrode, set the angle required and engaging the tool holder in the corresponding notch and slowly rotate the electrod/holder against the diamond wheel. You now have a perfect result for perfect welding all in under 30 seconds!  This is far quicker, safer and more accurate than conventional freehand grinding.
